With the SK or BK synchrometer, car mechanics, car restorers and hobbyists can quickly and easily check and adjust the exact air flow rate of the carburetor without dismantling the carburetor. At the end of the 1950s, the inventor of the test device, Mr. Philipp M. Schleyer, founded the company “Schleyer Test Equipment”. Prior to this, Mr. Schleyer had been a globetrotter and hobbyist in America, where he dismantled an aircraft and had it sent to Germany in parts to be reassembled. Thanks to his many contacts all over the world, he was quickly able to make his test equipment known everywhere.
Since 2023, the company has been successfully expanded, modernized and continued by the Thein family, relatives of Philipp Schleyer. The family business is supported by qualified personnel such as technicians and master craftsmen. The company’s mission is to provide end customers worldwide with high-quality appliances “Made in Germany” while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
